Just Nurture is the passion of Jan MGlashan, Reiki Master / Teacher and Reflexologist.

Born in Scotland, Jan has lived in Singapore and South Africa, and now lives in Sydney, Australia.

After completing a Diploma in Reflexology with the Inge Dougans ‘International School of Reflexology & Meridian Therapies’ in South Africa, Jan subsequently became interested in Reiki, completing to Master Teacher level in 2000. Since then she has been a self-employed holistic therapist with her own clinic, as well as sharing treatments in community situations, whether hospital wards, hospice, special needs or care home facilities. In the corporate sector, Jan has been part of many successful corporate wellness days.

As well as conducting Reiki Share meetings and teaching Reiki workshops, Jan developed and delivered a workshop ‘Introduction to Awareness’ , which provided a starting point within a safe and nurturing environment for those seeking to embark on a spiritual path, or simply to explore living with more awareness.

Since arriving in Sydney in 2014, Jan has shared Reflexology in a volunteer capacity with patients at the Cancer Support clinic of the Sydney Adventist Hospital.

Having a session at Just Nurture, either Reiki or Reflexology, or a combination of both will bring a level of such deep relaxation, well-being and nurturing. Whether you have specific physical or emotional issues you would like to address, or simply giving yourself some well-deserved time-out.
