I've been through my own journey. moving from 'following someone else's script, ' to 'doing my own thing. ' And while the journey has been challenging, the rewards have been amazing.
I feel more centred, happier and more excited by my work. When I work with people I feel a sense of real achievement - like I am supposed to do this work.

And it all started with me working out who I really was. This meant stripping away the conditioning placed there by well-meaning parents and teachers who wanted to mould me in their image. But then I discovered the 'real me' and I was off and running.

From there I got a clear sense of Purpose, which led me to an understanding of my Mission - how I can help people improve their lives. And that's when the feeling of excitement kicks in.
