K Fit Training Description

K Fit bootcamp sessions achieve results. Based in the Eastern Suburbs - Centennial Park. Each session is different and suitable for all ages, fitness levels and mind sets.

K Fit focuses on outdoor resistance training and high intensity cardiovascular exercises to build strength and burn excess fat. A wide variety if styles and techniques are used including, Interval training, Boxing, Crossfit, Core workouts, Functional training and much much more.

K FiT's head trainer is Michael Synnott.

Michael is a cert 3 and 4 qualified PT and ex-professional soccer player. With over 10 years experience of elite training he has the knowledge base, the experience and the motivating attitude to help you succeed whatever goals you have.


Michael played professional football in the UK and Ireland from the age of 15 until he was forced to retire through Injury in 2009. He began personal training as he wanted to share his love of fitness to a wider audience. He moved to Australia over three years ago. Since then, he has practiced as a successful personal trainer in both Melbourne and Sydney, specialising in fat loss and strength training.

Michael is a firm believer in teaching people the skills and providing them the support that will enable them to achieve amazing results.
