TERRIBLE QUALITY DO NOT BUY I bought a pair of $60 ballet flats and the front of the shoe has completely come apart after a month. When I went to the store to ask for an exchange/refund they said they could not do so. Extremely poor customer service and just poorly made shoes

Disgusting customer service.
So bad, never buy shoes from here.
1. The shoe falls apart after 10 metres
2. They cannot give a refund (only if the shoe is faulty, which I know it was?)
3. You can get the refund possibly but they have to talk to the owner first, who is never there.

If i could give a ZERO i would!
i bought from the qvb at this place because my heel broke i then quickly bought flats to which by the end of the day they had stretched out over a size and a half bigger than my foot! She even ave me a different pair to the one i picked out but i was in such a rush i couldnt argue!
they wouldnt even exchange for their putrid product!
AND i can see the glue alllll around the edges!!!!

First time customer and NEVER EVER RETURNING!
**DO NOT BUY from Kagui! WORST SHOE BRAND EVER!**
I bought a pair of ankle boots and after 2 wears within a 5 day period the sole came apart! WTF!
I immediately returned to the store with the boots and proof of purchase to ask for a refund for a faulty item received.

Unfortunately, the sales assistant responded that since the shoe was on sale - I cannot receive a refund and as part of their "exchange and return policy" on the receipt - any sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded due to change of mind. However, I didn't change my mind - the boots fell apart! I think I'm entitled to a refund. The sales assistant said she needed to speak to her manager and have this assessed - I had to leave the boots and gave her my details for a call back the next day.

They called back and were persistent on not giving me a refund as they needed to send this to the repair shop and assess if it was faulty. I asked them not to repair the shoes only to have it fall apart down the track. Further to my frustration, they were unable to give me a time frame when the repair assessor could get back to them.

A few days later, I got the call and they said it wasn't faulty and that they are getting it fixed. I didn't ask for a repair, I just wanted my money back. If it wasn't faulty then why are you repairing it? The sales assistant kept telling me we have processes that needs to be followed before we can consider a refund. We will call you when the shoe is repaired and have you speak to the Mgr.

I received the call that the boots were ready to be assessed at the store and I would have the opportunity to speak to the mgr. I came in after work and no Mgr present - what a waste of my time! My frustration escalated and the sales assistant called her Mgr as I did not want to accept the shoe coz the repair job was simply gluing the sole back. The Mgr did not have the balls to face me and forced the poor sales assistant to deal with me - what type of Mgr does that to their staff, pathetic! I was forced to take the shoe back & "test it".

I will be taking this up with the Department of Fair Trading - I have the rights to ask for a refund and not accept a glued pair of boots.
