CARNIVORE: This and mainly meat for a week or so...!
From time to time (usually after feeling a little fatigued) I feel a drive to eat nothing but meat for around 7-10 days. I wouldn’t generally recommend it though I really get a boost from this. It’s a behavior that I have observed in myself since childhood. I may follow up with some blood work next month for comparison with previous results.
