This really is the BEST pies in the world
Great heritage building, inside and out.

Sitting on the old settler veranda eating a pie looking out over the Kangaroo Valley is something special.

Inside the shop you'll find everything you would have found displayed in an old world general store, beautiful display cabinets, relics of the settler era, eye catching original wood finish on the floors, walls and ceiling.

The aesthetics of the building is nothing short of special, but its the pies that will keep you talking about this place long after you leave.

Boy oh boy. My mate nelso told me about the sausage in a roll.
He said they are good.
I said. Sounds good.
We got one each.
It turned into two each.
Its not just a sausage in a roll. Its a moment of perpetual spiritual deepening, self awareness and blissfull delights gently brushing your futures inclinations.
My mate nelso gives five stars.

"World's Best Pies"? Close, but these guys really do know how to make a fantastic pie. If I had any suggestions it would be to grab a steak & mushroom, choc malted-milkshake and a fork - because these pies are hot.

Claims worlds best pies, I now believe it! (haven't travelled the world though)

We visited at 11:30 am on a Sunday and they only had 3 pies, all chicken. Not good enough guys. Extremely terse older lady behind the counter was yelling at a young girl because she had asked for a beef pie. More pies and nicer people 2 minutes down the road in the Kangaroo Valley village proper.

Yummy pies. If you like them hot try the chilli con carn pie....delicious.

Was initially skeptical of the place claiming the world's best pies but it certainly is the best pies I've eaten. The pastry is wonderful and the meat tastes fresh. My choice from the menu would be the steak pie.
