Disgusting behaviour from Dr. Ignat. She refused to give assistant and told me to elsewhere

Half an hour behind
Lady at reception was rude and had the flu and kept sneezing and coughing
Stubborn towards the older ladys and the doctor i went to was very incompetant. Tried to tell me im pregnant when im not, and tried to make me feel bad for not being on the pill. Mind me all it is, is constant headaches and pain behind my eyes. But nope apparently im pregnant. Never coming back to this practice!

One star is being to generous
Had an appointment at 3.20pm and she saw every other person but me until 4.35 then when she saw me, treated me horribly and rushed my appointment I think after waiting over an hour id actually get treated properly instead of being made to cry, I will never ever go back there and I will never take my family there again.. worst experience ever

I was waiting on my dinner at the Chinese shop yesterday and I started to feel sick and needed a bathroom but there are no toilets at the shops for the public. I was embarrassed but I asked the receptionist here if I could use the bathroom and she gave me directions to the end of the hall without even batting an eye lid. Thank you so much for being so polite.

Cannot praise the staff of this practice highly enough. They went out of their way to accommodate us quickly and professionally with our very unwell 1year old. It was very reassuring to have our concerns taken seriously and great to feel confident that our family was in safe and knowledgable hands. Thank you!

One of the few bulk bill practices left. expect long waiting times and appointments always running late often an hour or more. but if you are late for your appointment too bad you miss out
