Karateperth - Brian Mackie'S Karate Description
We all recognise the need to keep fit and feel good about ourselves. You may have paid out money for gym memberships that haven’t been used. Karate is different because it’s dynamic, fun and interesting. It's easy to measure your progress and there is always something new to learn.
Perhaps you have always wanted to learn Karate, to learn to defend yourself, increase your self-discipline or self-confidence, or even just participate in a fun and stimulating activity with others. Our members have the benefit of regular seminars conducted by leading Martial Arts exponents from Australia, Japan and Europe.

Judo translates as "gentle way". The masters' footwork and graceful body movements belie the strength and efficiency that is achieved through relaxation.
I believe it to be an excellent adjunct to Karate-do as the principals of movement are similar.
We have a competition this Sunday, members are to have their entries in to me by Thursday.
Adults are free during the month of September.
Beginners are invited from 4pm.
