Just a quick message to all our amazing customers.
If you message through an order, either through fb / shop number / personal number, if we do not respond within 5 minutes to confirm order (thats NOT including back and forth texts on what you would like etc.) please call through to our shop phone.
... If we are able to we will take your order through text, although a phone call is preferred so there is no confusion or missed/mixed messages, if we don’t respond within the 5 minutes its because we are within a rush and are unable to get to our phones.
