I had the steak dinner deal. It was good. They were fast at making it and the pepper sauce was great. We ordered the jalapeno poppers. I wasnt too keen on them but otherwise ok. Would probably come back but to try something else on the menu. Affordable and relaxed atmosphere.

Nice pub with wide selection of beers. But a lot more care is needed over the cask ales.

The staff need to learn about how to keep cask ale. I had a Scottish Ale that was certainly off with a vinegar taste. However neither of the bar men could assess the beer as they didn't know how it normally tastes. I asked when they put the barrel on and it was 2 weeks prior!!! A 5% beer lasts a week maximum. I told them this and eventually they refunded me half the price of the pint.

I love the option of a cask ale but it's irresponsible to serve old beer that could cause sickness. Please do some research on how long cask beers last! It's sad so few people drink it and a barrel takes more than a few days to be finished.

The steak and chips was tasty and the good portion size made it great value.

Great food at a refurbished Old Man's Pub. (it used to be fairly scary). The staff are really lovely and on point.

The Sunday Roast is FAR superior than the other [moronically touted] local options. Great/creative & hearty salads as well. Food is always seasoned really well (a great surprise). Pricing is great for the quality of food. ($10-16 a meal)

Great selection of beers & ciders too. Wine is a bit pricey for a pub, but at least it's not too bad.

Amazing selection of craft beers, including on hand pull. Good food selection and great atmosphere. Outdoor seating, gaming lounge/tab is in a separate area to the rest of the pub. Friendly and attentive bar staff.

Didn't know such a good pub was right by central stations, food and drinks are delicious and shockingly well priced.

Awesome atmosphere, food and of course beer! Had the pulled pork burger which was great!

Very reasonable and varied specials and great tasty food. Great selection of beers too.
