As a Certified Professional with the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI), Kelly provides current, compliant and relevant business advice and HR support to help organisations succeed.
An established HR and business consultant with a strong network across the Mid North Coast, Kelly brings high standards of ethics and integrity to build open and honest relationships with her clients.
Kelly has a long track record in business management, specialising in people leadership, relationship building, performance management, business development and risk management.
She has proven experience in strategic planning and goal setting with a focus on developing teams to improve productivity and performance.
With more than 20 years in the banking sector, in roles such as Bank Manager for Westpac in Port Macquarie and Regional Manager for NSW North Coast, Kelly has led and managed teams throughout her career.
Kelly is an active member of the local Hastings community. She lends her solid leadership experience as Respite Coordinator for the Mid North Coast Respite Coordination Group. Kelly is a member of the Charles Sturt University Regional Consultative Committee, Board member of the Port Macquarie Hastings Domestic & Family Violence Specialist Service, Ironman Australia Volunteer Coordinator, committee member of the annual Hastings International Women’s Day Fundraising and was past President of the Hastings Business Women’s Network.
