I was very happy with the staff at Kelly Suzuki. I was treated like they actually cared about me unlike the kloster group where I felt like they only wanted to sell sell sell, and I was just a number. I would recommend Kelly Suzuki to any one looking to buy.

Went there this morning to look at a Suzuki vitara.
I have the money in my account ready to go.
The small man with the nasally voice was walking around the car yard with a big bunch of keys opening up the cars for the day.
I greeted him and said 'is it ok if I have a look inside the vitara?'
He replied 'sure'
I went to open the door, however, he had only unlocked the boot and went on His way.
What a rude little man.
I went and found another staff member and explained that the first guy had been dismissive and rude.
The second guy went and asked the first guy why, he said 'look at the one inside'
Omg. Misogynist little men.
If I had been blonde, thin, and wearing a short skirt, I would have had their attention.
I will never return there. I will not be buying my vitara from those rude little men.

terrible service, do not go there. Staff is not helpful at all. After waiting 6 months, they still haven't got a part for my vehicle.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MOBILE NUMBER. You will be BOMBARDED with text messages asking if you want to buy a car, even after texting no multiple times. Typical slimeball car salesman tactics.

Never ever again to them for a service. They charge customers to tell them what they already know

I've been generally happy with getting my car serviced here.

Lack of customer service, unprofessional and rude staff members , had a very bad experience when I took a brand new car out of them, have to be really careful when they explain different prices , they will easily tackle you especially if you are new to buying a car, think twice before signing any papers . When you go there for the first time they will treat you so good and as soon as you sign the papers story changes and you will be facing a very poor service .Be mindful and i never recommend them
