They are open from 9 till 530 weekdays with the exception of Thursday's being open till 8. And weekends they are open from 9 till 5. The parking spaces were convenient and easily accessible. They have diy dog wash bays out the front and you can bring your dogs inside to shop (as long as they are on a lead). The interior is massive, with each section labelled throughout. They have a medium sized aquarium with very well knowledged staff available for help. They even set up the pump in the tank for you and offer pamphlets for the type of sea creature you get. We were there to purchase a Fighting Fish (Betta Fish) they had 3 or 4 different types ranging from $11 to $40 and in an array of colours to choose from. Some of the more rarer types of creatures included axolotls and sting rays. The prices for products vary, though they did have some great specials on when we went. I did notice however that the prices for dogs toys were quite expensive (we ended up getting ours from a $2 store instead).

Five stars because I honestly could not believe the range of animals that this Pet Shop has, they have lots of snakes to choose from in an awesome display ,lots of fish including rare Stingrays and sharks.

I went into Kellyville pets after deciding to become a pet owner again of a dog. I walked over to the area where the puppy’s are and stood there for about 5 minutes as 2 young staff members (one of which looked at me several times) continued to have a chat about there weekend. I would understand if they were busy and I had to wait this long, but they weren’t. One of the staff finally approached me and asked how they could help. I told them that I wanted to know a bit about the breeds they were currently selling and did they know of any which would be coming in anytime soon?
After being told what was literally on the tags I asked to hold one of the dogs which I was very interested in purchasing. I was told no as they were tired and had been held all day so the dogs could not be held for cuddles anymore.
I’m not the type of person to pick an animal from the window. I simply wanted to hold this puppy just to see how we got along. I understood that the dogs were tired from being played with all day, my issue was with this staff members lack of enthusiasm and also want to serve me and possibly help me with homing one of your dogs.
I walked away to look at bedding and could hear the staff member talking to another colleague stating that I had no interest in purchasing any dog and simply wanted to hold them.
Since I apparently had no interest in purchasing a dog, I went else were, to a lady who breed guide dogs and purchased a very happy, loving and playful pup from her. I was given birth certificates of my boys parents and also their medical history, something I’m sure I wouldn’t get from purchasing through you guys. I also was able to meet the mum and dad.
After hearing about your disgusting use of puppy mills, I am glad I did not purchase a pup from you guys. Guess I should be thankful for your staffs members horrible customer service skills.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean store and have a huge range of products. However every time I frequent the store there are some dead fish throughout the tanks and it could be better maintained.
Having bought a turtle I was provided with excellent service and support.
They have a section of rescue cats and signs saying how they support rescue animals and encourage customers to adopt these HOWEVER they have a large glass "tank" filled with designer puppies farmed from a mill...

Very good range and great service from staff. The membership is also a plus. Negatives are that many of the fish tanks aren't cleaned out as regularly as needed as there can be many dead fish in the tanks, some fish are also kept in too small of a tank for their size which makes them distressed. The store could also benefit from selling rescue puppies as they do with the cats as they have a great platform for raising awareness of this issue and reducing the prevelance of puppy farming in the industry.
The variety of fish, both freshwater and saltwater is great as they have many unique products here, their reptile, bird and cat areas are also very very good and the staff are extremely knowledgeable.
Prices can be a little high though but it is worth it for the service and ease provided.

Slightly overpriced but the staff are friendly and helpful. There's a nice cafe. They sell everything from cat's, dog's, kittens, puppies, snakes, all different types of reptiles, huge array of different fish, fish tanks. Sometimes you buy your 10th bag of cat/ dog food and get one free. This shop has everything.

Most of the lovely animals here are friendly and well looked after.

The staff are really knowledgeable and lovely with the pets they look after.

They have 2 Black Cockatoo's that are the cutest.

Awesome Place!!! Staff are so friendly and helpful, seem like they all know a lot about animals and love them! The animals all seem really well cared for and have there needs met. Have a very large selection of pet supplies.

Great place for all stuff related to pets. Many options of different pet stuff. Great place for kids too. Friendly staff ..will give them 10 stars if possible. They have a great dog bath area. The Vet is next door. Plenty of parking spaces.

It's up there with the Sydney Aquarium in terms of varieties of fish. Their staff are very knowledgeable. They have marine biologists working in the fish section, lizard whisperer's in the reptile section and it's all overseen by the vet who owns it. They err on the side of doing what's best for the pets which means that you may end up spending more on quality products or not rushing into buying a pet if you don't have the set-up for it. Would have given 6 stars when the cafe was running as it was awesome for adults and kids. The place is very pet and family friendly. But there are a few ceramic Nemo fish ornaments at kid height that you have to keep your toddlers away from.

Great place to buy pets and simply just to take the kids for a visit. We made a day of it. Variety of fish was awesome, also birds, dogs and cats for adoption. Oh and the reptiles!

You know we just come here to hang out sometimes as I take my kids to look at the fish and animals it's great fun when you bored and no where to go.. Most of the staff are happy and you get one or two every now and then who you just want to tell them "hey its ok to smile sometimes" I'm not a big fan of the bunnings style "hi how are you" every time you walk past someone but I think this place would benefit from it or just even a single "hi there".

Awesome wide variety of pets and accessories to choose from. Helpful and friendly staff. Good selection and stock of reptiles, food and other supplies. Can take your dog there. Also good and reasonably priced dog wash there. Gladly accept unwanted shredded paper. Great place for kids.

I absolutely love this place as does my 3yr son, this would be our most favorite place.. my son loves the massive dinosaurs that they have out the front of the centre.. very very cool
