Have been to gyms around here where you feel like an intruder, and they only want you to sign up and pay them. Not Here. The first week was free... Might have been 2 weeks, I signed up that day, so it doesn't matter.

You'll always get the help you need from Richard, no matter what level you are. No matter what age, ability, or needs, you'll find that you're welcome and supported.

Great coaches, great gym. Really good atmosphere and lots of classes to choose from. Recommended!
