The guys have the best range of parts for Caravans and trailers on the coast and the prices are around the same prices as online,

Would give zero if I could. They charged me over $700 to complete the following:
1. Weld a clamp on for jockey wheel. Did not include removal of old, and the weld looks like a bad backyard job
2. Replace one clip on my camper roof. A $15 part plus labour
3. Repair camper gas hot water. No parts were replaced, they said they pulled it apart and cleaned it. Hot water still does not work, I will have to take it else where and pay more.

No quote was given, just a call when it was finished. The hourly rate they charge is around $90. This is higher than any trades person I know of, and I doubt they have any proper experience or qualifications based the workmanship I have seen and experienced from them.

Don't trust them. Better off doing it your self. If you have no idea what you're doing, then at least it will be cheaper.

Cannot believe that a caravan dealer would be CLOSED on SUNDAY the obvious day of the week that people would be looking to buy a caravan ! You people don't deserve to be in the Caravan business 👎🏻
