Best customer service. Brad is a great bloke along with his crew.
I did get an old chipper that didn't perform well and was refunded some of the hire. Although would have been better if that particular bit of kit was retired.
Definitely will be a repeat customer. New Online hire service needs some work.

We needed to get the tow ball nut off to fit a bike carrier attachment onto our car so that the children could go for a bike ride one Sunday but did not have a big enough spanner.

Everywhere else was shut and these blokes were kind enough to come out and help us out at no cost, which was really nice of them, and so unexpected and nice to find.

I just want to say a big thanks to the staff at Kennards Hire in Hornsby.
Recently a couple of friends and I undertook some quite major renovations to a property we purchased in Asquith as an investment but it was sort of a case of the blind leading the blind, in that we really had little idea of what we were doing or what we would need to do it.
Paul, the manager at Kennards was exceptionally helpful and polite and on more than one occasion personally came to visit us at the property to see where we were at and advise us on what would be needed. He was a wealth of information and a great help to us. I wouldn't hesitate to say that without his help and advise we would not have achieved as much as we did before having to call in 'professionals' and been potentially a hell of a lot more out of pocket.
We would definitely go to see Paul and the guys at Kennards again if the need arises.
