Average facilities

I used their Homebush facility to store some shipped items. Lesley was very warm and helpful with my queries. They have a no nonsense refund policy and was refunded for days that I didn't use. In practice, you pay up front for the month and get refunded for the days that you didn't use should you vacate your storage. I found their rates to be reasonable as I was renting a 1 cubic meter locker.

The facility is protected by keyed in access and I found it to be generally safe.

PLEASE NOTE: You have to bring in your own padded lock. Should you plan to buy one on the premises, it would be slightly expensive. My suggestion would be to try a nearest Bunnings Store or a Chinese discount store.

Very convenient storage and good service. Also toilets are always clean.
