There was a new employee
at the drive through , and everyone including myself had to wait a lot longer for our orders , she was even getting the orders mixed up , when I drove to the window , she didn't even have my order placed. More & more cars more banking up. What I found , was extremely professional of her , even though she was New , she had the most amazing ability to work under that sort of pressure , with a pleasant
voice & smile , even offering me complimentary drinks , for my patience & for waiting so long. I didn't seem to mind waiting , cause she was doing such a good job with the pressure she was under. I'M SURE MANY OF US WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HANDLE OR COPE WITH .
Thank you KFC for your professional staff , made
the experience a lot more comfortable.

This restaurant has improved considerably since its recent renovations. Much cleaner than it has been in the past, staffing situation appears to have improved, hopefully this place is on the up and up.

That being said, my bar is pretty low. Prior to renovations, this was an absolute pigpen both in terms of upkeep and organisation. I'm cautiously optimistic, but as a long term customer who has "given up" on this store in the past, it is walking a fine line.

Chicken is always fresh here, but the abundance of bogan kids means you should just use the drive-thru.

I dare anyone to go in there and be served and out of the place inside 5 minutes. Any other KFC, and I frequent plenty of them, never a hassle. Why does this 'restaurant' have to be the one in my street (and the only reason they very occasionally get my business)?

It has only re-opened in the last 2 weeks, all the same problems are there, only now you have no side door. Bit of a problem that the counter allows about 2 people to line up before you are literally out the front doors.
The same pathetic service is still there. I have walked in roughly 8 times, and 3 times have stayed to order. Mostly, like tonight, I walk out and eat elsewhere.

This is NOT the place to go for your KFC fix! Terrible customer service. Two seperate times they have said they ran out of lettuce. Repeatedly receive the wrong order. Chips were cold and soggy in my order, i asked if i could get some hot fresh chips and they put the chips in the microwave!

We eat there after sport once a week, only because it's the only kfc open at that time. We've learnt to check our meal before we leave as they always get something wrong. They are under staffed and staff they have are poorly trained. I've had to wait 30 minutes to even be served. Another 20 minutes for our meals because they were so disorganised. Sure they're only still in business because they're the only one around after hours.

Staff is great and food is made well and crispy

One person in front of me inside dining i fugured whilst traffic settled ...entered at 6.30 and ordered at 6.49....it was dripping with oil and salted way to heavily....the staff looked as if they were focused and working hard but was still a yucky grose friday meal to kick off my weekend.iewwwww (after me there was a huge libe up people waiting for 25min still waiting when i left lol....

A pathetic excuse for a fast food restuarant. Waited almost 20 minutes for 6 tenders the first time around and the person that served me was lazy, incompetent and displayed a poor work ethic. Today, the service was just as slow, waiting up to 15 minutes for two sub par meals with one customer in front of me. The dinner rolls were stale and crunchy, the chicken was cold, the zinger fillet was thick and hard, the chips were undercooked and hard and the potato and gravy was flavourless liquid. To top it off, they only had two tenders and no wicked wings, essential items apart of the meal boxes I ordered. Not to mention the disgusting state the restuarant is kept in. It is unsanitary on all levels. Avoid.

It's a fairly standard KFC, if you like fast food and chicken this is the place for you

Not the cleanest KFC I have visited, floors are always sticky, and ma y times food lying on the floor/tables during busy periods. Staff is always friendly.

Terrible customer service. Arrived 25 minutes before close, ordered and waited 27 minutes for an ultimate box then at 10:03 one minute after receiving our food a gentleman rudly told us to leave. We asked kindly if we could finish our food that was less than a quarter eaten. He blatantly refused. Then brought us a doggy bag for our food and threw it on our table. It was freezyng cold outside with no bench in site. I politely explain we had no where to eat and politely asked if we could allow us to stay for 120 seconds so we could scoff down our food. He refused with great agitation standing over us as we sat placidly in disbelief. Our KFC experience was long past its potential for enjoyment and we just wanted to get our food into us ASAP and get away from his repugnant attitude. As he began barking orders we realised this man was not reachable through kindness, manners or logic. After having wasted half an hour trying to get a quick bite of KFC we were kicked out the door to finish out food in the carpark. People have bad days but this was unacceptable and completely necessary. I don't even feel comfortable going back there. We left at 10:10 we could have been out in 5 minutes. I asked the man if he was leaving right away to which he responded "I have heaps to do out the back, now I'm going to be home late". I thought to myself 'well you better get back to work then" the amount of time he spent barking at us was simply ridiculous, we could have been out in 2 minutes. Instead we stayed till whole 10 minutes past 10, listening to him bark at us while we just tried to get our food into us a quickly as possible leave.
