I love KFC but sometimes the quality and freshness is lacking frkm this resteraunt.

Christ, if you think the chickens had it bad to start with, wait till you see what happens to them here. This place is a mad house, strewn with KFC inspired litter, starving students and grime. All exhibited within the confines of the worst concept in customer service workflow ever devised.

Chips are good though.

The best KFC i have ever been to, very fast service, my order ( A Giant Feast) was ready within 2 minutes, food was very fresh (unlike other KFC's) food tasted so good, hot fresh chicken that wasnt dripping with oil, chips were crispy fresh and had plenty of seasoning on them, i cant recommend this kfc enough, ill be driving from mascot to get KFC from here in the future, rather then going to any of my Local KFC's.

This is a great KFC store and a great place to eat overall, food is always of great quality, serving time is always quick (usually around 45 seconds and rarely up to 2 minutes), employees are always really kind and very efficient and will always help with any problems regarding meals. And in my opinion this is one of the best KFC in Sydney to eat at.

Very bad customer service experience. I went in there at 11.30 in the morning and it was quiet with two cashiers on. When the lady in front of me has finished ordering, Ivana one of the cashiers just kept calling "next waiting, next waiting" even though the lady was still in front of her taking her things. I waited for the lady to clear out but she was clearly annoyed by me. There was no one waiting behind me. After taking my order, she just slapped my receipt and order number on the counter and left. When the order was ready, she slapped my order on the counter as well. The girl clearly has some attitude.

Really quick service here, especially when there is a long line up around lunch time.

Handy KFC near work. It can get crowded and getting somewhere to sit down at lunch yime could be peoblematic. The chicken has been consistently good. Service coukd be better though based on my last 3 visits.

Obviously food at all KFCs is the same but the Customer Service at this one is quite bad. You get a feeling whoever the Franchise owner is, they are just after money and don't give a damn of making their customers happy. I think because KFC here is quite central, literally opposite Central Station they know they'll get customers regardless so they just don't care.

Well, it's KFC. What can I say about KFC... They do make some decent chicken there. Moist and tender, probably even better than some of the "fancy" restaurants you can find in CBD
