Rude manager

I ordered through the new app the idea of ordering through the app is to pre-order go down and wait for your number to be called out after paying through the app.

When I got there I waited for 15 minutes my number it was not on the screen when I did to ask the manager and explained that I had ordered online and show them a receipt she told me in a very rude manner that even though I have ordered online I still have to line up.
My response what is the point in ordering online when you still have to join the queue go to the counter see the register and tell her that you are here.

I certainly will not be ordering online through those people again and I will not be going through that store the manager is very rude and have no reason to speak to me in the manner that you did when I dared to ask where my food was.
I was also told if there is a problem in regards to the way I ordered and how things were handled to report it to head office which I have
