Yuk the cow worker Vivian needs a kick to the head to knock some manners in to her. Restaurant filthy 1st visit last time!

Took ages for my food in drive thru when there was obviously noone in store. Then the girl brought it out and pretty much threw it at me. Pathetic customer service

They dont even deserve a star. Wrong order wrong numbers of chicken pieces bad service. After all that, had to wait 15 mins for the chicken to cook. Asked me if i wanted a drink while waiting for $3. The worst experience at a take away fast food shop i had ever had.

Dirtiest kfc I've ever been.
Food on the floor and tables. Had to sit to the one looking the less filthy. Staff came to.clean the tables with a wipe and just push all food remains on the floor and chairs. Never going there again. Disgusting.

Staff don't list to customers. Ive asked without chilli and it was hot as hell. Also didn't have enough soft drinks available. Just really bad.

been there couple times, WORST KFC ever.
first things staff does not present in counter for 10-15 min to take order. and chicken they use is from day before as chicken colour i found not like from other store.it is too black-brown colour.it is the WORST KFC in australia as far as i ve visited...
would like to give ZERO star even..
never visit again.

Just returned 9pieces of chicken bought from the Earlwood KFC, tasted and smelled burnt, more like burnt plastic or rubber.

On the positive side, staff offered a refund promptly, I guess we were not the first ones complaining.

Like someone said before, quality is extremely inconsistent across their franchises in Australia.

Hope we don't get sick...

This KFC used to be good with very good food at the beginning of the year, best food around the area. However the staff bitching visually in front of customers is still there. I've noticed the Indians have taken over KFC as well, and the Indian manager made my Kentucky burger last week and there was like two shreds of coleslaw barely any sauce and other ingredients. I returned it and asked him to make the burger properly. And i encourage everyone to do this. At eight dollars a burger you have every right! AS USUAL LIKE ANY OTHER FAST FOOD CHAIN FALSE ADVERTISING WITH GETTING A BURGER 1/3 THE SIZE OF THE PICTURE. Ever since the Indians took over various KFC and in fast food joints the food has gone downhill including KFC Earlwood, and their ingredients all skimped. ALSO KFC NEVER PUT ENOUGH MAYO AND LETTUCE on their burgers, I always have to order extra and get charged for it when it should be a decent standard amount in the first place. Keep hiring them. And keep skimping on your food sizes and ingredient portions whilst rising in the prices up regularly 👍🏼

This KFC proudly displays "voted best KFC in New South Wales 2016" on the wall. Well if this is the best in NSW I'd hate to see the worst. Service appalling. The front counter employees did their best to hide out the back whilst customers waited at the counter for 15 minutes in a filthy table area with food wrappers piled on tables for at least 40 minutes and a disgusting floor. It's easy to see why patronage at most KFC restaurants suffer these days...completely lost the plot. At least take a page or two from the McDonalds Operations Manuel you might have half a chance. Time for new top-level management.

Best KFC chips ever! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, well seasoned 👌 Hope they can keep the QC up.

Very bad kfc. The chicken is sloppy and greasy. The service is very bad and they never get the order correct. Even though its close to my house i wouldnt go there again. Only when my neighbor takes me there on the way home from school. My rate is 1/5
