Kfc Frenchs Forest (Permanently Closed)

Pretty regular KFC, very understaffed, only 1 guy taking orders and 1 guy making food, took forever for my food to come out and its very dirty inside

Issues with app, experience was good.

Worst KFC experience ever. Service was slow. Wings were unflavoured. Wouldn't allow ordering of combos from the app and the app didn't work! On the front door it says free wi-fi but didn't see a free wi-fi hot spot.

In addition, the location was very hard to get to from the main road. You need to go around the blocks and know where to not turn before getting to the right spot to turn, or you are going for another ride around the neigbourhood.

Friendly staff, relatively quick service but a bit slower compared to other KFC's overall not to bad of an experience.

Food is visually delicious and mouth wateringly tasty.

We ordered a zinger burger regular combo with Mtn dew drink, a 6 nugget regular combo with Mtn dew drink and 2 sweet and sour sauces and 1 grill aioli slider by itself.

Firstly they forgot to get a second drink which I had to pull over from the drive thru and told them to get a second Mtn dew drink as we only been given one.

Secondly, they didn't even bother putting in the 6 nuggets in the bag, the chips and 2 sweet and sour sauces were in the bag however. Of course we must check our receipt before leaving the drive thru.

Very disorganised. Kids were working in the restaurant at the time. After I got the drink can, they started chatting at each other, should advise them to stop talking and start working otherwise other reviewers on this will rate this, like this is a joke.

I wish I could give zero stars but I'll give a one star.

It's ok. Food is average for a KFC. Service is ok, sometimes they forget a serviette or something but they're happy to provide extras if you ask.

Fast friendly service food was cooked fast and cooked to high standard which was really impressive for a peak busy lunch time order

Good KFC joint for your much needed dose of fatty protein and diabeetus.

Not a fan. The wraps here always fall apart. Its like the sever just threw it together.
