Kfc Lakemba

Staff playing with your spoon with cash handling hands and expect you to use it. Give you the smallest chicken legs you can imagine. It is dry and tasteless. 3 piece box is never tasted like before, they used the smallest chicken meat. I think it's so inhuman to kill chicken at such young.

The place is "okay". Usually don't mess up orders too much. They do seem to think "extra salt on the chips please" actually means "no salt or the world will end in firey hell!!" though. Other than that, no complaints or compliments either way.

It has its own parking. No spicy and crispy chicken skin. Small place. No children play area. Halal food.

This is by far the worst KFC I've been to in my life. Never once have I got something that I actually ordered and the staff are just horrible people .

Hands down the WORST KFC I have been to ever. I thought these 1 star ratings were just being dramatic but I bought some takeaway for my parents and I can't believe how terrible this KFC is. I'm sorry I'm wasting the employees time by adding a modification to the zinger burger but literally EVERYTHING in that bag was beyond soggy! Not to mention I politely asked for supercharged sauce on one burger but ALL burgers received that sauce with the mayo. I will not be coming to this KFC and I will make sure everyone I know DOES NOT go to this one!!! What a joke

Better than expectations. Much civilised place than their neighbors (McDonald's Lakemba)....

Only thing good about this place is the fresh chips.
Service horrible and things are basically thrown at you through the drive through window.
Asked the cashier once if she had put a coleslaw instead of the gravy and her response was to roll her eyes and walk away.
Ensure you check your order before leaving as this place is well known to skip on sauces and sides that you have paid for.

Worst KFC I've had in a long time, buns were stale and original recipe chicken was under cooked. Very bad service - my partner took back one of the awfully tasting burgers to have it replaced only to be refused by saying "the burger is exactly as it should be". We later had it replaced by asking for a manager, which is not how it should be in a retail fast food establishment in Australia. I'm hoping this place either gets new staff or a new cook.

Tohin was the worst person i have ever delt with in customer service. So rude and unhelpful. I brought a dinner box got home its a 2 min drive and the food was coool not even hot. I tried to call and they dident answer. I went back the next day and spoke to Tohin. She was giving me the worst dirty look, not helpful very food was disgusting. She dident even do anything about it. Never go back there again. Dont know how Tohin got a job there being so rude and disrespectful. Its so disgusting
