Popcorn chicken was not cooked properly

Worst KFC store I've ever been too! Every time I have been, they get the order wrong or there are missing items. So they are basically stealing your money. They got my order wrong once and I called them to complain. They replaced it but got it wrong again. The staff appear to be untrained, managers rude. Service is always slow, even when there are no customers. I stupidly decided to go back there tonight and just ate an off chip which tasted like dirt. Hoping now I don't get sick. Head office really need to shut it down or get new owners. Will never go back again now, as they have taken my money without giving me the items and now potentially could have made me sick.

My son got food poisoning there from a burger. Service is

I was so disgusted with this experience that it motivated a complaint to Head Office. I ordered 20 pieces of Original Chicken only to discover that when I got home 17 of the pieces were chicken wings and in addition several pieces were dry and small. I was initially apprehensive visiting this Menai Store due to an overwhelming number of negative reviews but I risked the opportunity thinking that customers were just blowing things out of proportion. I realized my assumptions were wrong . This has been the worst KFC I have ever visited and will never return to Menai. It clearly appears, according to several reviews that Menai is consistently good with one thing, and that is being TERRIBLE. This outlet clearly needs a complete overhaul. Unfortunately a one star rating is far too generous for this Menai outlet.
