Kfc Minchinbury

9pcs for $9.95 Tuesday is not available here even though every other KFC store is doing it. Chicken is good but not a happy customer on Tuesday =(

Hit & Miss. Sometimes its great service and fresh cooked food other times its mediocre at best. First time i tried the Mashies they were amazing, next time the gravy was cold on the inside.

Their chicken is halal as it's supplied by Baiada so it's good to know that there's a halal option for people in the Minchinbury area :)

There are two employees. That work the drive thru that are very rude.

We went to KFC Minchinbury on a Thursday night which was quite busy. The cashier who served us appeared to have very poor customer service skills.

The store was very busy, and quite messy.

We ordered hot rods, a zinger burger and a popcorn chicken go bucket. After approximately 15minutes we received our meal and left the vicinity. Upon examining the contents of our bag we had received 4 sweet potato mash and no aioli sauce for the hot rods. Upon further frustration we returned to the store only to be told after our purchase that they did not have any aioli sauce for the new hot rod promotion. This led to further frustration. The attendant did not show any concern for their mishap. We would have been understanding if when we had ordered they had informed us that they did not have any aioli sauce for the hot rods, instead of expecting to receive aioli and then being told there was none available.

After eating our meal which was quite fresh, there were no napkins or cutlery supplied which meant that we could not enjoy our sweet potato mash. After returning again for cutlery we tried the sweet potato mash which was quite sweet, too sweet to enjoy so we disposed of it.

Overall, we experienced poor customer service, poor wait time and the atmosphere was untidy of which tarnished our experience. We will not return to MInchinbury KFC due to this experience.

Wasn't happy at all. Asked about the popcorn chicken deal that's supposed to be at least 80 pieces for $10 in a bucket (that's what's on the commercial on television) tried to tell me it was large chip size and a small. Sell what you advertise. This could be rightly classed as false advertising. Young boy was so rude. He wanted to be anywhere but at work. Chicken I then got was dry and some of meal missing. Didn't realise till I got home.
