Kfc Mittagong

We waited half an hour and we weren't even served. This isn't the first time this has happened. All the front of store workers were standing around, slowly putting food into the boxes. In the end we gave up and went to McDonald's.

To put it simple, this is the worst KFC I or anyone else I know have ever gone to...
The bacon is only cooked 50% of the time & when it is, its like eating leather.
There chips are mostly cold & on occasion come with No seasoning applied... Even when extra seasoning has been requested.
The chicken is ALWAYS dry & solid as a brick.
The staff always have Zero to no effort in there job, not to mention the manager (the chick that looks like a man) who is nothing but rude, ignorant & stuck up.
The staff show no consideration for customers with food allergies or health problems by leaving hurtful messages on there food wrapping as well!
I may be within walking distance of the place but I'll drive 20mins into Tahmoor just for KFC if I'm craving it. (Note, they have an actual drive thru unlike Mittagongs "drive thru" )
I advise you only go here unless you're DESPERATE!
I always get excited for the new items on there menu & always end up left disappointed after trying it at this location.
If you want real KFC with real customer service head to the best KFC which is located behind Campbelltown Mall

Unfortunately your only choice is Maccas as there's no variety available e.g. Red Rooster or Hungry Jack's.
But to summarise, KFC Mittagong is the equivalent of Northbound Sutton Forest McDonald's...

They put a newbie at the front by himself, he had no help. I know being I newbie at a job myself that it takes a while to catch on to everything. But he was out the front by himself in the lunch hour so it was really busy. Food took forever to come. Just poor kid needed some help

This connor falshaw person knows whats up. 30 mins to receive my simplistic order is just plain ridiculous. Yes their wicked wings are pretty dam moist and dank although it isn't worth the wait. I could drive to a farm, catch my own chicken, kill it myself, make my own 11 secret herbs and spices, cook the chicken and eat the whole bird in the time it took for me to get my order

At 6pm they took the order knowing they had run out of chicken pieces completely. Alternative offer was chicken wings only or something else. Shaking my head I asked for a refund. Very poor !

Friendly staff, fresh food. Not much more you can ask from a fast food outlet.
