Kfc Pennant Hills

Asked for a small modification to the menu (change out $6.00 worth of Nuggets for $6.00 worth of pieces)...was told 'We don't swap out pieces' so went home with my meal. The chicken was shrivelled up and overcooked. The nuggets tasted strongly of preservative and were soggy. The chips were soggy. Terrible. And obviously, for KFC, 'the customer is definitely NOT right'

KFC's standards everywhere have been slipping lately but I cant criticise too much, staff are polite, the food is served hot, the place is clean enough, good thing they give you serviettes because the flavour is no longer of the 'finger lickin' ' level anymore.

Accidently posted a review about the wrong place! This is a great facility! Keep it up!

By far the worst kfc i have ever been to absolute disgusting food and service i had to wait 35 minutes for a small go bucket and once i got it there was one shrivelled up nugget in it, will never visit again, crusher tasted like grill grease. Food was poorley made one man got food poisoning and started vomiting

Just got 3 piece feed tonight was disgusting no chicken on it picture up loaded if you want to have a look

This kfc is always dirty and food is extremely greasy (even for kfc!)

Edit: I don't know what they've done, but they've cleaned up both their act and their tables!

Quality was good but when you pay for an extra piece of chicken and they give you two tiny half wings.... Slightly annoyed

Slow service, smallest Twister I have ever seen. But the worst thing is that the music was so loud it was distorted. Worst experience. There should be a negative five star button.

Facility very unclean and ammenities very poor. Staff friendly however

The worst position for a KFC ever - the driveway to get in is a few metres away from Australia's busiest road so collisions are bound to happen with people turning the corner. Tiny carpark, too.

This place makes KFC ok but whoever they put on fries needs an intervention because they are always cold and hard or undercooked.

Customer service is usually friendly, though.

Very little parking space, also very narrow paths for the cars to drive through.The food always takes an inordinate amount of time to cook and is often cold by the time they hand over your meal. I've had them give me incorrect orders multiple times.
The fries are 9/10 soggy and cold as well with little or no seasoning.

Well it's kfc so who doesn't love kfc
