Very slow service but food was really tasty

Over cooked dry chips, never have popcorn chicken, frozen solo sold out. Although did fulfil my extra chicken salt request.

Specifically asked for freshly cooked wicked wings when the store was not busy. The cashier was rude and didn't put in such request after I reminded her so. The supervisor was frown upon when she did her job. The whole place just depressing. Tables are dirty. Only took me two minutes to get there but I'd rather take 20 minutes to one that has better service. A disgrace for KFC.

Slow serving staff, orders take way to long to be prepared, I waited 20mins for 9 pieces of chicken and there was only 1 order in front of me. Dirty shop and so many complaints

I loved this place, i came in today they were pretty busy so i made my order while i was waiting other customers started complaining about their orders
that was taking so long i stay calmed cause i didn’t want to complain thinking that they’re trying their best to get our orders done asap, i kept waiting and waiting customers who came in after me started getting their orders its been an hour that i waited and yes my order was forgotten. I had to tell one of the staff to make my order and they started making it, they didn’t say sorry to me, i tried my best not to yell at them, I’m so dissapointed and feeling so sorry for myself for being nice to them

Visit 1: EFT not working. Was requested to wait while the computer reboots. After failed teoubleshooting the guy said he will process it on the drive thru terminal. Understandably computers go down, but he actually requested I give him my PIN so he can enter it on the terminal. Decided to just leave. No apology given.

Visit 2: Told there are no wicked wings left (was clear that they didn't want to cook more). Asked if I could mix and match Smokey and Original on my 3 piece box. Advised will be an extra cost to it, despite the menu clearly displaying the availabilty to mix and match in all meals. Got my meal, not even a thank you or a thanks for waiting. No serviettes or cutlery. Just box of dry chicken.

I suggest going up the road to the one on Canterbury Rd.

The food quality here is low compared to other KFC's not sure why but it has been every time I go there. Only keep going back out of convenience.

We went through drive through. We placed an order for 2 meals and 2 go buckets plus drinks. The order was confirmed by the operator but somehow in the time it took to get from the payment window to the collection window 3 of the 4 items mysteriously disappeared. After they actually gave us the meals we had already paid for we checked the boxes and thought an item was missing and got nothing but attitude from the attendents when they told us it was in the other box

.... so to sum up
- they took our money for 4 meals
- tried to only give us 1 meal
- mixed all the meals up
- we extemely rude and took no responsibility for the errors made

NEVER going back and certainly not recommending them to anyone else

The most utterly experience
They must re train there staff.
The chips that we received must have been last weeks. When ordering our meals they were wrongly.
Wrap was cold and served the wrong wrap meal.

Terrible always get orders wrong or shirt and food is terrible they need new owners/managers

Long wait for drive through and then they got the order wrong. Plus small servings of chicken on 3 piece box. Will go somewhere else next time.

i would give zero stars if possible. Terrible customer service. Went in one day and waited over twenty minutes even making a comment to my partner while waiting, and the staff member looked over to us and continued ignoring us. wasn't even acknowledge and ended up leaving.Not sure how they still have any customers or are still in business.
