Kfc Shellharbour

Very slow drivethrough tonight. This is the second time recently to be very slow. KFC could learn heaps from maccas processing speeds. Staff were most apologetic though. Cheers.

Ordered wicked wings in drive through was told it would take 6-7 minutes ended up being 20mis. Was burnt and covered in the plain coating. Only thing wicked about this meal was it was unedible.

Always enjoy KFC but the amount of young kids hanging around outside making nuisances of themselves wasn't enjoyable

It's an ok KFC
It's not one of the best KFCs I've been too. The food is decent but the customer service is poor. One time I came here and a lot of the tables were extremely dirty, so we asked an employee to ask if they could clean some of the tables, result: no one came to do so, even after the employee said they would get someone to clean the tables.
