Fantastic family fun for all kiddos aged 2-12 yrs and their fams, Kiddo Disco’s philosophy is about the importance of music, movement, smiles and laughter.

Remember the old party days of meeting your friends underneath the mirror ball? Well, there is now place to do it with our kids, as a family. Whether you are 4 or 44, Kiddo Disco is a super fun afternoon full of beats for little and big feet.

Founded in 2011 by Australia’s First Lady of House “DJ Kate Monroe”, Kiddo Disco was created for the next generation of disco and house music fans to express their love of music, fun, dance and community.

Kate was inspired after becoming a Mum and watching her son’s pure joy dancing to her tunes in their lounge room. A lot of her friends who are veteran party peeps had also become parents, aunties and uncles during this time and many a conversation’s topic over long lunches was when are we ever going to be able to go out dancing together? This was when Kate had a light bulb moment to create a unique party space where our kids, friends and family can get together, get out of the house, away from screens and get some exercise by dancing to uplifting disco, house music and current songs loved by our kids, socialise, reconnect with other ex clubbing adults, be silly and smile our faces off all together in a safe and controlled environment. Tah daaaaaah Kiddo Disco was born.

DJ Kate Monroe has been a pioneer in Australia’s dance music scene for over 20 years will be on the decks, so the adult’s and kid’s can shake their groove thang’s together. Hang with other adults who remember how we used to get down and how we still can. Watch the kiddo’s go bannana’s on the dance floor. There are live stage performances, dance games, dance offs, and crazy glitter explosions. The sound levels are totally safe for all kids. If you need to a break from the dance floor, there will be a kiddo kraft korner along with a soft baby play area.

Kiddo Disco is aimed at kids aged from babies up to 12 years old, however all children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. It’s for kids and it’s for us. Parents, aunties, uncles, guncles, god and odd parents, fairy godmothers, carers and grandparents. All of the wonderful adults who form our tribe to raise music loving kiddo’s.

Admittance with children only and maximum of 3 children per adult.
