Kids Capoeira

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines self-defence, dance, acrobatics and musical aspects. It's a popular choice for children to learn because they take home so many skills such as self-defence, learning a new language, working in teams and groups, singing and playing instruments, discipline, and much more.
Classes are run by Instructor Cabeludo and Instructora Gaivota, who both have over twelve years experience in teaching and training capoeira. Classes are run in a safe and welcoming manner and your kids are sure to be laughing and working hard during classes. Come and check us out!
