Few doctors are very good DR GURU and DR LE is best of all but most of stuff are un-experienced and phone calls take too long to connect with stuff also parking is very small but also can use the shopping center parking.

I have removed two of sebocystoms on my face and ear. The treatment room manager Michael Ho (chinese guy) done the treat with my great gp Carol Moon, and now i can't even tell i had removed from my face. It was just perfect treat i ever expected. And i will still have to remove 2 more but i'm not worries at all. Well done Michael(not sure the name lost name card) and thx so much i will c u next treatment.

Hi..I had a very bad experience today. Me and my husband when for my appointment which I booked on Tuesday, 17th Oct for today at 1pm. I booked my appointment over the phone with a lady staff. She took my details and confirmed me my appointment. To our surprise when we went there we were told that I don't have any appointment booked in my name. She then took my Medicare card and booked me as a walk in customer without letting me know that how long I may have to wait. We waited for an hour and upon asking I was told that there are still 2 people before me. We left without seeing the doctor. I am infuriated because I booked my appointment well in advance just because I don't have to have. This is clear mistake of the staff who took the call but didn't confirm in the system and because of her mistake we absolutely wasted our time. Very unprofessional behavior.

Walked in off of the street and requested the next doctor available.
I had never visited this clinic before, a family member suggested that I try
it out.
It presented as clean, well maintained.
Waited an appropriate time for the amount of people waiting in the reception area.
Staff were helpful and friendly. They provided me with a buzzer which is convenient if you wanted to utilise any of the services in the building.
Was called to see Dr Reece who was more than helpful by offering diagnostic tests, remedial medication and a friendly listening ear.
I felt my complaint was truly listened to and more importantly believed.
I was impressed with the waiting area and general service.

Very unpleasant experience..
Reception staff need more communication skills... waiting is around 2hrs. But if you are a regular patient they will take you in earlier.
Drs don't want you to make another appointment for follow up.

I will never ever visit here again waiting for more that 2hrs now and still waiting 😡

The doctors her "maybe" good but the customer service is very slow and It's not worth to come here, another medical centre have good customer service experience doctors and most off all RESPECT YOUR TIME not worth wait here.

Doctors are lovely and never had a problem with diagnosis. The ladys at the service desk however are absolutely rude!! I would sack the lot of them! If i ever spoke to my own mother the way they speak to customers, id be shot. They need to learn some customer service skills.

Today we installed this beautiful piece of art by Aboriginal artist, Nikita Ridgeway. The artwork's title is ‘Knowledge and Community’ and is a representation of Traditional Aboriginal Medicine integrating with Modern Medicine. It was also put up in acknowledgment and recognition of Blacktown’s Aboriginal community.

Thanks to the wonderful staff who have wasted my time. Telling me i can't make an appointment for 5pm or later so i have to leave work early. then to be rudely told i should of made an appointment dispite being told i can't. Then being told im pushing my luck if it wasn't for the amazing GP there i would never recomend anyone go there the receptions are extremely rude.



Thank you for making me waste $6.50 on tolls & making me finish early for nothing.
