Steve’s LSA manual VE maloo, the blower has been traded out as it was time to hang one of the new borgwarner T6 SXE-s480 turbochargers off the side
-T6 VE/VF borgwarner manifolds that are an off the shelf option from us -custom position turbosmart 50mm progate, 50mm stainless screamer pipe -4” 2 peice stainless dump pipe that makes those plug checks even easier, installing of the pipe itself is an absolute breeze. We have added a wideband port for easy access on the dyno. Du...mp pipe has great chassis and firewall clearance -custom positioning of plazmaman 1200hp LSX intercooler, did not need to cut the rio bar, basic tuning of ac line at condenser required -custom 3” to 4” alloy intercooler piping inc BOV positioning, fog lights and factory bumper mesh retained, did not need to mod the bar at all -ac retained with large line off firewall to compressor being remade -4” dump pipe joined into existing twin 3” off the shelf exhaust system. 2 more o2 bungs added for more tuning versatility if factory sensors are required -power steering pump position modified using our bracket system that has been in operation for almost 4 years now -our alternator shield used in this application with heat sheet fitted for additional safety. Manifolds both sides heat wrapped before installation -AN4 oil feed and AN10 oil return fitted as required -jumpstart terminal relocated and cabin inlet plated off as this is how we setup the bigger power cars with 4” dump pipes. If more room can be made then why not?
Car is completed ready for Luke from LS tuning and performance to set up the eboost and e85 fuel system, the last job will be to get it on the dyno for a tune up. Being a t6 manual 6.2 on e85 this thing should make some horsepower!

-4 into 1 Vt-vz t4 turbo manifolds to suit the 82/87 t4 borg turbocharger -position 60mm TS gate and fabricate 2.5” screamer -custom 3.5” stainless dump pipe retaining std aircon lines and fabricate single 3.5” exhaust section into existing twin 3” exhaust... -mount plazmaman intercooler in accordance with application -modify turbocharger compressor outlet to get through inner gaurd -3” custom 3 peice alloy Intercooler piping suit battery relocation, enters drivers suit through custom bulkhead system. Intercooler piping built in accordance with factory HSV clubsport front bumper, foglights retained with no bar mods to make it work -fabricate bov flange into pipework -alternator sheild

T6 Vt-vz borg s400 manifolds, one of the 3 sets that got sent out this week and more are still being made.
This manifold type has been incredibly popular over the years with the Borg being such a popular turbo, and the Vt-vz being the most commonly turbocharged commodore in this country at the moment (based off our sales). We are always changing little bits and peices to evolve the design to fine tune the operation of the manifold.
We have made some changes to the design of t...hese pipes, the biggest change we have made is adding a second wastegate reference. We are now welding one off the crossover, as well as one under the turbo flange to suit factory or relocated alternator positions.
This twin gate reference options gives our customers greater versatility in deciding how the gate will be setup whether you want to run just a single off the crossover or just a single under the turbo flange, or 2 smaller twins. The customer might decide to plate them both off and run the gate off the turbine? That is up to them with their build.
The decision will be made by the customer judged off what factory accessories and radiator types etc will be used on the build the customer now has more choices. These bays start to run out of room very quickly in a full factory application especially if the factory aircon lines are being retained!
During ordering we can talk about your setup to decide what needs to be put where, we can discount the job if you only want one reference fabricated into the pipework, and discounted further if you want none fabricated in (gated turbine)
These manifolds are built to suit the s400 borg ranges including the new SX-e units, however, we are noticing that a few guys out there have managed to make this position work with the gen1 and latest greatest gen2 gtx5533r turbos.

We have some old stock to move at INSANE cheap prices.
First set is a complete Vt-vz t6 both sides with front crossover to suit no ps pump and no AC, built to suit custom radiator arrangement. No wastegate reference welded in. Suit race car or street application.

Second raw set is to suit LS into HG/k/t that was built during early R&d stages on the first car we used that had tuffmounts. The manifolds are obviously incomplete and we don’t have any jigs to finish them so that will be up to the customer. These are built to suit standard steering box tuffmounts, Gen4 starter motor (rear crossover under gearbox), these do not suit factory alternator position. We won’t be using them as our G/k/t manifolds will be to suit CRS mounts

More t4 Vt-vz log manifold/crossover combinations going out this week and more being built as more orders get taken.
These manifolds work with the factory ac lines, factory ps pump, factory alt position etc to be as simple as possible for the entry level guys just getting into this industry.
The crossover finishes at the steering shaft end (incomplete) but if you send us your factory cast manifold we can do a change over deal to modify your cast drivers manifold, get it past ...the steering shaft and into a v band which would mean you receive back a fully complete crossover/manifold setup ready to go.
Manifold/crossover by itself- $1200 inc GST and freight.
Add $120 if you want your factory manifold modified to go past the steering shaft into a v band (we must receive yours first), also add $70 additional if your factory cast needs a skim on the mill. We recommend them be skimmed regardless for optimum gasket reliability but we will leave that up to the customer.
Please note this is an introductory price, likely to have a smal increase in the new financial year 👍.

Who remembers this hk?
Dave bought his HK to us all the way from Ballarat VIC late last year to have all the custom pipework built to suit his l98 powerglide combo using a nice 80/87 t4 borgwarner turbo.
Upon finishing the car, dave was literally leaving for America that day and the car needed to be in hoppers crossing at SASS automotive. We hooked up the trailer and delivered this machine to mark Sass.
... Mark was in control of the final fitting of the car and getting it running etc, it came time to tune the car with massive results still on 98 netting 514rwkw!
We were lucky enough to catch up with Dave yesterday at heathcote and watch the car make its first passes with the combo.
Results speak for themselves with multiple 9 second passes and some great MPH in there. With a few changes the car will go even faster. Dave also mentions that the car has great street manners combined with plenty of reliability when cruising.
