Kind Heart Australia Inc. was founded in 2005 by a group of women who are like-minded individuals that has a heart for helping the disadvantaged youth in the community.


In the past years KIND HEART funded and did social projects for Foster Children such as swimming at Bingara Recreation Centre, ice skating at Erina Centre, participated and supported NAIDOC WEEK and FOSTER CARE WEEK with DOCS and worked with Central Coast Foster Carers Support Group in providing social activities for the children and help them experience team building, respect for others, inclusiveness, understanding and accepting individual differences. This Association also helps with networking with other carers from different agencies and provides support and advocacy.


Currently KIND HEART collaborates with other not for profit organisations with the same goals and ideals. Members and volunteers strongly believe in cooperation and unity in purpose rather than competition.
With collaboration, KIND HEART is able to reach their target group with less effort and resources. Therefore, this provides efficiency in providing services and avoids duplication of programmes for young people thus, avoiding waste of resources.


KIND HEART works with other organisations like MUSICIANS MAKING A DIFFERENCE (MMAD), CENTRAL COAST FOSTER CARERS SUPPORT GROUP, HEARTS AND HANDS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION. We help with their mentoring programmes, social activities, personal development and entrepreneurial initiatives.

KIND HEART hopes that in the next year or so, they will be able to create a YOUTH ASSISTANCE FUND PROGRAMME which will provide financial help to genuinely deserving child /youth who is keen and determined to study or undertake any kind of training to improve their life. We believe that education is the best legacy and the best weapon we can give our young people to deal with the different challenges and unpredictability in our changing world.
