Good food, recommend Portuguese chicken burger

Lovely staff, but the boss Paul was really rude to customers and staff. He also owns fat chicken, so it stands to reason that both stores are terrible. Chicken is dry & over priced. Salads are plain and there is flys buzzing in the compartment. Verges are burnt. Drinks fridge is warm and the ice cream fridge is dirty & full of stores frozen food stock. I've seen a tonne of different great staff all leave through the terrible working conditions. Seriously a "Chicken" store shouldn't run out at peak hour.

Absolute terrible everything, whoever has taken over this business in 2017 is about to run it into the ground, and ruin the good reputation it once had..poor time management skills, a chicken shop should not run out out chicken at peak times.. poor communication between staff, they were making salad orders twice due to lack of communication.. terrible customer service, didn't know which order belongs to who..and my own personal experience tonight was, my daughter and I were told we had to wait 20 mins for chicken to be ready ( at 6:30 pm) so, we did that..i ordered a hawaiian pack and my daughter a medium seafood salad, in my opinion that order should of been 15 minutes max, it took 25 mins.. and to top it off, the quality was A grade CRAP I was never asked which 1/4 of the Chicken i wanted as usual, potatoes were dry as hell, just horrible all over.. I will never return now after 18 years to the formally best chicken shop in Wyoming.. R.I.P. 18/1/17..

Edit: thought i'd give it another go and see if anything had improved... nope, chicken dry as my nans vagayjay ... I'm done, no contact with you is needed my review should be enough to improve.. your loss, and you've already noticed that obviously with the lack of customers in the store at a time when it should it busy... you are competing with KFC across the road idiots...wake up !!

Been going here for years .but now not so much chickens nothing like previous owner,, so dry now .fat chicken ,at Wyoming shopping center are dry but not as bad as here now.
