They put jacket's big button onto trouser, can't even button up my trouser after that
Shirt went to shorten sleeve:
Doesn't fit, extra short , can't wear it anymore
Made to measure trouser (worth $560) went to take out
They made a hole in my fabric, destroyed my trouser
Recently went there again ( urgent for work soo trusted them again)
Bespoke trouser worth $880, (Hollandanhsherry fabric) went to take out :
They didn't let me try after take out because they got no room
Didn't fit
Destroyed the fabric---Two holes !!!
Never ever go there again.
I have always been to this store for all my dry cleaning needs. They are fast, approachable and very professional in handling all kinds of garments. Highly recommended
