Requires better professional service and caring. Arrogant doctor not much respect for elderly family of patients

I had Dr Kalyanie Kurruppu and during consulting she answered her personal phone, which was very unprofessional, I paid $70 for no reason and she told me I was ok and not very sick, here I am lying down at home having throat infection and high fever. Telling me to take panamax was useless. So I had to buy my own medication and go see another GP who was worth the time and money. I was very disappointed.

Wonderful helpful staff and great range of onsite medical services.

One of the worst medical practice. Staff is unattentative and the doctor just want to see as many patients as possible. Disgraceful.

I just want to start off by saying that this review is not out of spite and it's an honest review in the hopes to help someone out there if they are looking for a doctor (and don't make the same mistake as I did). I am from Canada and I moved here for Uni. Without going into detail, I was in need of a doctor for there opinion about my health. I can honestly say that the $70 I paid to go see "Dr. Barry Tan" was not worth it by any means. To sum it up, the "doctor" basically concluded that I am a young healthy male and all my problems came from my head because I'm anxious. Secondly, when I brought up my back pain... his assessment was taking a look at the curvature of my spine and that was it. No in-depth questions, no physical tests, etc. I wasn't shock by this by any means because a doctor doesn't know everything. They spend years learning a lot, so if they don't specialize in orthopaedic injuries then it won't be there forte. Thirdly, I just didn't feel my needs were addressed. I can't speak on behalf of the rest of the medical staff at this clinic but in terms of my experience, I don't recommend Barry Tan. Once again, this was just my honest review. He could of been the guy for other patients but for me, I didn't feel my needs were addressed and all I left with was "all the problems I am having is in my head".

Great clinic, great doctor! the only downside is the super long queue for my GP. Wait time is aprox 45 min-1.5 hour but there are shops around if the queue is too long, go get some shopping done at the mean time. With them for years and years now.

Dr Chan is one rude doctor who has very little interest in your problems and is highly motivated in collecting her consultation fee. 70$ literally wasted. Infuriated as I exit the premise consumed by the sense of being swindled. Especially when the consultation barely lasted more than 5 minutes. She was eager to see her next victim. She wasn't like this 5 years ago. It's sad to see one change for the worse. Not to mention the other patients who actually are in dire medical assistance. No passion.
