Appointments - same day
Consultations are by walk in, and appointments, whilst all effort is made to keep you closest to your appointment time, all emergencies will be seen first. We thank you for your consideration and patience. Please advise us of your preferred doctor when booking. To book online appointments go to HealthEngine.com. au

Please let the receptionist know if you know you will need a long appointment with the doctor.

After Hours
Sutherland Hospital: Corner Kingsway and Kareena Rd, Caringbah: 9540 7111. For medical advice relating to urgent health concerns call Health Direct on: 1800 022 222. If you require medical care after hours please phone: Sydney Medical Services on 8724 6300. In emergencies call 000 for an ambulance.

Home Visits
Dr Nalini Dissanayake and Dr Bertha De Souza will provide home visits to regular patients at their discretion. Please ask at reception for more details.

Contacting your doctor
Doctors in this practice may be contacted by telephone during normal surgery hours when a consultation is considered not clinically necessary. If the doctor is with a patient a message will be taken and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Please advise us if your call is urgent and you will be transferred straight to the doctor.

General Practice: Providing comprehensive management of chronic medical problems such as diabetes, asthma, blood pressure, high cholesterol etc.

Family Health: Catering for families’ needs from childhood immunizations to the health of mothers and fathers.

Shared Care: For pregnancies (Dr Nalini Dissanayake)

Sexual Health: Check-ups including birth control options.

Men’s Health: A focus on men to encourage regular check-ups.

Aged Care Services: Management of changes in health and well being over a lifetime.

Immunizations: Vaccine preventable diseases for all ages. We are also a Yellow Fever Accredited practice.

Travel Advice: Vaccinations for travelling overseas.

Skin Checks: Assessment and regular skin surveillance.

Minor Surgical Procedures: Skin biopsies or repair of minor lacerations (stitches).

Counseling: Sensitive and caring approach to clinical problems and life stressors.

ECG’s and Urine tests: may be taken here or referred.

X-Rays and Imaging tests: will be referred to an independent radiology practice.
