Great camping spot
It has a great feel, is right on the beach and has a pool for the kids.
Relaxed environment right on the beach. Unfortunately no campfires allowed.
Love this place it is not as busy as most tourist towns

After all the negative reviews of this park I was a little bit hesitant...
However I didn't experience anything negative at all.
We camped in an unpowered campsite and it was a bit cold after dark, bit of a bummer that you can't have a fire. This would be my only problem with this park. And I would urge them to re-consider this rule, Perhaps have some pre-made fire pits? Or allow portable fire pits.
My partner dealt with the staff, I did not speak to them once, So I cannot comment if they were rude (as per the other reviews), however she said they were fine.
The access to the beach is excellent and the shop across the road is handy to get ice and gas etc.
Recommended for people who want to rough it a little but still have a few facilities close by. You can also take dogs which is good I don't like dogs but my friends that came along were very happy they could bring a dog.
