Kira is patient and kind , the perfect teacher . She goes through every exercise and technique in such detail with you that not only do you have a great Pilates work out but it sets you up to do well in any kind of exercise , as your core strength and posture is so improved that for eg your cardio workouts will be one hundred percent more efficient . Not that you will even need to do any other workout because you will leave Kiralates with the best toning and strength you could wish for .

Fabulous studio, topped with qualified instructors. Kira takes great care in her work and I always feel motivated, stretched and refreshed after a class, and loving coming here. The attention to detail is impeccable, ensuring you are undertaking each movement correctly and targeting the correct areas of the body to optimise the stretch/ movement and avoid any injuries. Having back issues this was something crucial in ensuring I wasn’t causing further damage. The equipment is always well cleaned and maintained. Highly recommended.
