Kirrawee Family Medical Practice

They made me wait well beyond the time of my appointment, didn't listen to me when I describe my symptoms and wouldnt take into account my medical history. I ended up not getting any help, I didn't get a script and they charged me $70 anyway. Also they don't care if you're a student, they'll still charge you to waist your time

*Edit* A day after this event the practice called me and offered me a refund.

Last time my baby check up was rushed. And also mine. Dr was bit rude she was running late and i was told she is not taking new clients. And i been to her twice before. Wouldn't recommend.

This practice is like going to your old fashioned GP. Dr Colin Metz is a specialist GP who is professional, friendly and will listen. He will work with you to find a solution to your problem rather than hand out a script and diagnosis. He will take his time and will not rush you. The Doctor's treat you as an individual and know your name! If you are sick of going to medical centres who are limited to their time with each patient and you see someone different each time, please consider changing to this wonderful practice. The reception staff are also very friendly and efficient. It has onsite parking and right next to Kirrawee station. Highly recommend it - for the first time in a long time I don't dread going to a Doctor!

Dr Metz is a great doctor who listens and is empathetic. Reception are great. Very happy with them.
