Hello and welcome to Kirsten and co. Your fun, fresh source of information and inspiration for all things life and style.
I’m your host, Kirsten Smith; a fashion loving, life and style blogger. I believe in denim with stretch, a bold lipstick, less housework, more fun and a good cup of coffee.
I've also have this thing called IIH - Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension - which basically means there is raised pressure within my skull. Don't worry, I'd never heard of it either until I was diagnosed with it in 2015. Left untreated it can cause permanent vision loss. My eye sight has been affected (turns out optic nerves don't really like excess pressure) and I'm still battling to get the optic nerve swelling under control, but I'm determined to beat this thing.
I've lost a fair bit of weight in the last couple of years, so we do chat about health and wellness from time to time. We also have a closed Facebook group if you'd like to join. It's called Happy, Healthy, Beautiful You.
Every Friday night at 6pm QLD time I host a Facebook Live Chat called Friday Night Live. Come and join us – we have so much fun! BYO cocktail and sense of humour.
