I have now bought 6 cars through Robert Lenton at Kloster BMW and by far this has been the most statisfying experience. Personally I find it hard to buy my vehicles off anyone else. I have always experienced trustworthy and transparent dealings with Rob and know that every time I’m looking to buy a car I’m very well looked after! Also this time round a thank you to Daniel Chaloub, Arthur Favos and louie in Finance who all worked together to achieve a great outcome on my desired car. I look forward to my next purchase, and just maybe the 10th one could be free???

Thoroughly recommend the team at Kloster BMW Newcastle. I really enjoyed the process of purchasing my gorgeous new X3 earlier this year and this was enhanced due to the enthusiastic interest and level of service delivered by the Sales and Finance teams. Even arranging my comprehensive insurance, personal plates transferred, window tinting, seal and protect all arranged effortlessly so they were less things I had to do. It was a fun day heading into the 'ribbon room' to receive my beautiful new car, and having the additional personal service of a BMW 'Genius' to teach me about of the amazing tech-tools has made the upgrade simpler! My car service was absolutely seamless ...a reminder the day before , then awaiting my arrival with the loan car ready . On my return service was complete, no waiting around for the car or any paperwork. Exceptional customer service! Thanks Kloster BMW .

Nice customer experience

What a horrible experience I bought a lemon off this company. Three months warranty up all these problems have now come up the transfer case if faulty and the company will not take responsibility.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. I am out of pocket 10 thousand dollars. They sold the car to me with the problem. They told me the car was in perfect condition. Worst service don't trust this dealership.

The services provided are exact opposite of the great quality of cars it sells. There is little evidence of valuing the customer in the two years I am using its services. There is something seriously missing in its functioning and the management seems to be either unaware or indifferent.
