Unreliable. After 4 weeks waiting to fix a minor paint imperfection on a new vehicle I received a call the day prior to my appointment advising that they did not organise the necessary resources and had to postpone the appointment. Very disappointed. I ended up taking the vehicle elsewhere. UNRELIABLE.

Our late model BMW was badly damaged in a no fault accident while travelling interstate thru Newcastle. Kloster Bodyworks took care of all insurance requirements and restored the car to a near showroom condition. They also assisted with arrangements for a loan car, which was greatly appreciated when a long way from home. Highly recommended for professional and courteous service.

Cant find a rating low enough, said they were ordering the parts needed to fix our car, 4 weeks later, the wrong parts and preparing another quote. Find any other mini repairer you can and get them to do it. Avoid!!!
