Kloster Nissan

This is my second time purchasing a car from Kloster Nissan. Frank was yet again very helpful and a easy to deal with. He understood when I was unable to pick the car up straight away due to an injury and went above and beyond to assist me with delivery. Great service from the intiial conversation up until delivery, highly recommend!👍

Dom is amazing. He knew exactly how I felt after feeling let down from another dealership and went above and beyond to help me. I fell in love with my new car and nothing was a problem with Dom and he organised everything. Lisa was wonderful with advice on paint and leather protection. The manager Ben was so helpful with getting my deposit back from the other dealership. The whole team work so well together are are there for the customers. Thanks Dom for my new car and for having the best sense of humour. Fantastic service from start to finish. I even had a bow out on my car.

Great experience. As a female buying a new car solely I was initially feeling quite threatened. However, the salesperson, Frank was excellent. He addressed all my questions thoroughly and I ended up feeling very comfortable. It was a really positive experience. I feel like I’ve contributed to changing the world for the better- one car (EV) at a time- hopefully the way of the future towards a greener , more sustainable world.

We bought a second hand Honda HR-V from Kloster Nissan. Although we arrived at a really busy time, Dom and the team didn't leave us unattended and were very patient with our indecisiveness! The price, which includes a mechanical protection plan, was very reasonable and due to set pricing there was no haggling. Although Dom wasn't available when we chose to pick up the car, everything was ready to go and the team were helpful and friendly. Dom followed up with a message (on his day off) to make sure everything went OK and we were happy with the new car. We've always had a great experience at Klosters and this visit was no exception.

Legends. They understand you situation and will go out of your way to help you. My car got stolen. I bought x trail from them. The have a policy to put money in 3 working days but ensured its done before that so i do not go carless. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

Travelled all the way up from Sydney just to purchase a car from Kloster Group, and i am glad i did. Big thanks to Jai and Kate, made the whole process a breeze very easy to deal with. Will defiantly be recommending to friends and family. Glad to see there is still good dealerships out there.

After great initial contact and sales over phone/email we got our car (ute) delivered to Sydney with scratches in the back and faulty door handle. After contacting them to resolve the issue no reply was received (compared to very quick replies earlier on, when they were trying to sell us car). For such a huge purchase you would expect at least an answer.

Had a great experience with the team at kloster Nissan, especially Jai. Great customer service, answered all questions and made constant changes to my vehicle when asked at short notice. Jai even helped me out on his days off trying to sort my vehicle with extras on time. Thanks again.
