Kmart - Ashfield

Good stuff in store but asked to speak to someone about availability of a particular item - spoke to a lady and got the answer which was no, but then started to ask another question about if she knew any other stores had any in stock and got dismissed and hung up on so rudely! Appalling phone etiquette !

Happy place to do shopping i bought a pair of boots only $12 which i found in shoe Shop outside $49THE PRICES ARE very reasonable lots of parking and weelchair accesable People are working there are very helpful any way i Go there every second week and evey week i found somthing nice and practical

Very large woolworths.Huge catolgue of pre cooked meals

Everything under one roof, and seasonal and cheaper too! The dollar gets a good stretch. Love it

Good. Not much in the way of electronic appliances (ie dvds, tvs) in Ashfield Mall.

Worst customer service ever!!!

Came in today to ask about fans, and approached an elderly looking lady. I politely asked,"Excuse me". She just completely ignored me and walked past, I then asked her again "Excuse me". This time she did answer though. With a very annoyed face she said "Ye". I asked her, " are you still out of the fans?". With a stone cold look again, she answered me back "Ye". I then thanked her and headed to exit, but then I hear her talking to her colleagues all smiles.Never felt so miserable and insulted.

Thank you K-Mart Ashfield. You made my day. I will keep coming back if ever I want to feel miserable again.

Only self service tonight but no signs advising this before you enter the store and select products. I won't go back.
