Dont like the way the shop is organised and also its always a mess

Worst Kmart I've ever been too! Staff are nowhere to be seen if you did find then they were having a good old gossip instead of doing their jobs. All the shelves were all a mess no product was displayed properly they whole place was just a mess and unorganized management really need to seriously think about a restructure.

goods are little bit out of order... people talking some items of a whole package... also some packages are unnecessarily opened

Easy parking and late closing time. Excellent prices and heaps of saving !!!!

3 stars because I love Kmart otherwise would have given 0 stars for customer service. This is not the first time I have had bad experience from bankstown Kmart. The young girls doing late shifts were rude. One of the girl's swiftly passed us and said she will be back in a second because the Automatic teller got stuck. The other girl who was African American looking had no manners and kept telling me to stop moving because the bag would have been leaking. She kept saying stop stop stop , stop moving. I asked her to use please. Anyways, the young staffs had more time joking with each other then really doing their job.

I vist Kmart to buy some shirts but there's nothing for mens not enough this is not enough choice

Alot of staff sold out alot of stock. Very spacious. Well organised into sections

Good except for those self service machines...missing good old fashioned customer service.

I asked staff electric blanket she said sorry we don't have. After 5 minutes I found my self . Come on customer service it's not gonna cost you anything. Staff need more training maybe . This way they know where the stuff is.

This is the worst Kmart I have ever been to. The decor is outdated. The store is a mess with broken dishes, things either out of stock or damaged. The staff while nice are not well trained. It actually puts you off buying anything. Worst shopping experience. The Big W in the same complex is presented better.

I love Kmart. They have great prices for many items. Things do get a bit messy but I'm sure it's just the massive crowds that come through.

Cheap price. Open till late and very convenient position .direct access from parking.

A regular Kmart just like anywhere else, the quality of products here especially clothes are very bad (just like any other Kmart). There is however a good selection of stationary here.

Nicely located. Need a little bit more presentation.
