Great staff friendly and helpful great product and price

Lots of lovely helpful staff. Especially the lady who searched the storeroom for a bike my daughter wanted for my grandson. Good bargains too. Thank you.

Easy to find great prices very large store

Great Turkish souvenirs market in the mall. And everything else needed..

Poor DVD and Blu Ray selection, series needs more stock. Their brand electrics suck. Don't like check outs in the middle of the store. Rather drive to Canberra to shop as there refuse to price match even with Jb hi fi.

Poor staff attitude and not helpful

I'm from Sydney just down for the weekend and needed a speaker cause I left mine at home, walked into kmart and it's the best kmart I have been into ( I love my kmart it's my 2nd home haha )

The stores layout is the new one with the cash registers in the middle, the lights weren't that ugly bright white which I hate. They were dimmed a bit which Is so much more relaxing and comfortable. All the staff from the moment I walked in to leaving were excellent , I even had 1 staff member asking me while I was looking in decor if I needed any assistance.
I've never had that at any other store I've been too!!!

And the part I love the most is the store was fully stocked . I mean it had everything ! The shelves were full, I tried looking for any empty sections on shelves but nothing was missing, there were new items I've never seen before, but also a lot of other items I've been wanting to buy but it was always out of stock in Sydney, most of important the store was clean and tidy no clothes on floor, no products left by customers due to changing mind in wrong sections

I wish the kmarts in Sydney would be up to this standard. Honestly it makes it a more pleasant experience

Pretty standard kmart. I noticed someone said it didn't have a garden or car section... I assure you it does

On the coast for Christmas with the family. Decided to visit the store and do some Christmas shopping.

After spending close to $500 my Dad and I were exiting the Store and were stopped by a Karen who I assume was front door security conducting recept checks and shopping checks.

I incorrectly presented the wrong receipt and was given a dirty look and smart comment by Karen. I then found the correct receipt and was then given another dirty look. I got the impression that this Karen wanted to inspect all of the bags in the trolley.

I have come from a Retail Management background and always ensured that the first and last person that greeted my Customer's had a very friendly personality and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Ironically enough my Dad made a purchase the same day from the Store and was greeted by this Karen and she was friendly towards him. This left me frustrated and confused.

I'm down here from Townsville and the lady who is the meet and greet at the front of my local K mart store is fantastic.

I hope this feedback reaches Karen as she is both the first and more importantly the last impression of K mart Batemans,s Bay.
