Kmart Merrylands

Its a great super store.... they have very cheap items....

Good centre. Gets very busy.

Tried many times speak to bedding department, first the staff hang up my phone without even talking to me and then caleed the department 5 more times consecutively, my phone kept ringing no one to pick up

Went into Kmart Merrylands looking for a fidget cube & asked Cheryl do you sell them she just wanted to fob me off by saying try the toy department or online as I said my daughter had checked Kmart out & they were sold here. Had to insist that she check with someone & they also said these are not available. Please lift your game.

If you want to keep the wife happy take her to Kmart one a week

Love hate relationship here:
Pros:
- Open late
- Cheap
- Nice staff
- Neat
Cons:
- No winter clothes for females, do you guys purposely want us to get sick? :(
- You get what you pay for (quality is not good)
- Self service machines are mostly down and there is no staff serving. I am not really a fan of the self service because it means it has made someone redundant. IMO it's better to build someone's customer service up by getting them to serve people. Then again - money!
- Due to not much staff on, no one answers the phone. They're usually too busy to answer.

Service was pretty good, what i usually get while there. I lost a star cause the first photo kiosk i went to shut down during my use of it

Good price and stock. I Always tend to find things here if i dont find it in other kmarts
