Kmart Parramatta

Today I was there to buy pan which did not have price tag. I asked one of the staff if she could check it. She went and took too long. I did rest of the scan and paid for it. She came back after price check and I said to her nicely that I have already checked out. I will buy pan next time. She told me that she walked there for no reason and added some rude comment as well. She was very rude and zero customer service.I would have wait there and complained to her manager about but I was there with my small child and was in rush. Poor and 0 rating of parramatta customer service esp. that lady who was standing in self check out at 3:30 pm.

Nice collection reasonably priced. Very wide range. Found it better than competition next door

Compared to other kmarts nearby, this store doesn't have great and comprehensive collection. Weekends are very busy, prefer to go on a weekday. The new store layout is better than before, but still can be improved on the right side corner.

I went to buy a steam iron. I couldn't find many variants. There was one ultra small and big one with LCD display on it. Nothing in between. It was a bit hard to locate the laundry section. It wasn't a great experience but wasn't bad too.

It is okay but the staffs aren't too friendly. And I got a screen protector today for my iphone for 5 dollars but there is no cloth wipe when it says there's a clean cloth included as well. I noticed that the packaging tape was opened. They should look more carefully at the products they display.

Stocks are ok and staffs arent sure about the stuffs if asked.after the change in interriors it looks much better than before. A few more staffs to help customers find what they are looking for would help a lot.

A good place to shop for households, i bought many kitchen items and electricals all good as of now. Entery from the Aird st side is convinient.

Big store cheap prices and large selection. Staff are almost nonexistent so it can be hard to find something if you don't know where to look. Can be long lines to checkout but they move quickly

Always out of stock. I shop here once, twice or maybe three times a week as I have a buisness close by. They always seem to run out of stock.

Register placement is somewhat frustrating and depending on who you get at the door there can be a line to exit the store as they need to check bags.

This store could be better. Renovation was not thought out.

Avoid this place in peak times at all costs.
